Project schedule

The demolition of the existing dwelling and site clearance works are scheduled to be undertaken in May 2021.

The main shell and core contract works will begin immediately thereafter in June 2021. This process will see all excavations, foundations and ground works undertaken with the steel frame, concrete slabs, walls, roofs and windows completed along with all internal partitions, lift shafts, staircases and much of the mechanical and electrical equipment installed.

This part of the project is expected to take approximately 14 months, thus will be delivered in August 2022.

At that point in time, the residence will be handed back to us for the commencement of the detailed fit-out process, incorporating such items as claddings, floorings, audio visual, fine finishings, decorations, paving and landscaping etc. The final works on the pool area will also be completed during that period comprising of the tiling, plant room, filtration and heating elements of that package.

This final part of the project, which may well also be coordinated with a buyer’s input, cannot be rushed, as nothing short of perfection will be tolerated. We anticipate that the final snagging, completion and handover will take place in the Spring of 2023, March being the target.

The wine room will be stocked, the Champagne will be in the fridge, the new owner’s monogrammed robes will be hung in the closets and the insignia crockery in the pantry.
