Demolition and site clearance

The existing brick property on the site of Villa Cambray is a comparatively modest affair that dates back to the 1930’s.

It has to be said that it has seen better days and is now being “honourably discharged”, giving way to the more grandiose designs of the new Villa.

It has stood guard over the magnificent site for over 70 years. It’s time has now come.

Great care will be taken to salvage all materials and architectural elements that can be recycled through the local building industry, as even through destruction, creativity can thrive elsewhere. Roof tiles, windows, floor boards, skirtings and many other components of the original building will contribute to the wellbeing and elegance of other restorations and new builds in the vicinity
